Timlist.net is a place I started in order to have a place to put and save things I was interested in. A place to save all my bookmarks, links, info on hobbies and such. Never in a million years did I think I would place my own daughter’s memorial here. I wish I could store her scent here. It has faded and over time and after years now is gone. I remember one of the worst days after the accident. It was some months later and one of Christina’s greatest fears was coming true. Arianna’s scent was quickly diminishing from her bathrobe. For a time we were able to sniff it and immediately be brought back to a better time.
In loving memory of Arianna. She knew His voice and was an amazing 7-year-old whiteness for His Word. She loved to talk about God, ask questions, answer them, pray, and sing.
We will cry and weep and miss her. My wife now understands why someone would tear their robs. I now will miss my occasional nap with her.
The Garden of Eden was an amazing place. It had no death, disease, anger, violence or harm. They walked with God and spoke with Him daily. How much more wonderful heaven must be! I thank the Lord for allowing us our time with her and for being able to have a part in the preparation for her Salvation.
When it comes down to it, there is simply nothing more important than knowing that your child is now 100% safe and in the bosom of The Perfect and Righteous God of Abraham.
Arianna was on her way to being a great artist. On her pages, you will find some works from her first drawing class. The Icon you get if you bookmark my web page, when it is working, is a little orange fish taken from the picture she drew in her first drawing class just after she turned seven.
Arianna would draw on her magnetic sketch pad all the time and asked me all the time what I would like her to draw. She drew so much on it and cleared the screen out so many times. Wish we had them all back. Her art has come and gone a 1000 times on that little device. Oh well, we got to see it and how awesome she is!
Last week I asked her to draw a motorcycle. She started with a ¾ circle with a slice cut out from about 12:00 to 3:00. I did not understand what she was drawing or what she was thinking. Then she filled in the missing body of the motorcycle in that spot. Then I understood and was amazed at how she went about it and drew it. The circle was the front tire and the ¼ missing section was where the front forks and body molding would be.
In art Arianna was just learning about lines, shadows, and emphasis.
As much as Arianna loved animals, she loved Children and people more. She was a friend to every adult and child she met and was like a queen on parade in the car waving to all and hoping they would all see her and wave back. Most of all, she loved Jesus.
